Are You Asking The Right Questions?

What would happen if you asked yourself a series of positive questions each morning? Would you create a fulfilling and successful day? I have been practicing this each morning. I can wake up in the worst mood, ask myself positive empowering questions, and have my mood change instantly. Once we change our mindset we change our day. I believe when you ask better questions, you create better answers, these answers in effect, create your desired outcomes.

Our life's experience is based upon what we focus on. If you focus on empowering questions your create empowering answers. Quality questions create a quality life. Start out each day asking the right questions and watch your day change to a day of happiness, excitement, gratefulness, pride, commitment, and love. 

Ask yourself these five questions each morning. Commit them to memory. When you hit road blocks in life remember these five questions and ask them then as well. We all hit problems in life, that's unavoidable, but its how we control these problems and persist that creates the desired outcome.

The Five Questions To Success

Question #1: What do you feel happy about? If you cannot thing of anything ask yourself, what should you feel happy about?

What about this makes me happy? How does it make me feel?

Question #2: What are you excited about?

What about this makes me excited? How does it make me feel?

Question #3: What do you feel grateful about?

What about this makes me feel grateful? How does it make me feel?

Question #4: What makes you feel prideful?

What about this makes me feel prideful? How does it make me feel?

Question #5: What do you love?

What about this makes me feel loved? How does this make me feel?

If you are feeling in a depressed state, and you cannot think of any positive answers, ask yourself questions as if you have achieved everything you could wish for. The power in these questions are that they create a positive outlook and change your emotions. When you change your emotions from depressed to happy, your life begins to change as well.
