Create a Positive Attitude

"All you are or ever shall become is the result of the use to which you put your mind"
Napoleon hill

Stop dwelling on all the negative aspects of life, there are a lot of good things you could be thinking about instead. Having a Positive Attitude towards life allows you to see through all the tough times, and come out on top. See life for exactly what it is, which is wonderful, be happy your alive, and be happy that you have come this far. You should even be happy that you have a long road ahead of you, because at least you have the chance to go that far.

When you create a Positive Attitude towards life everything changes. You stop seeing things from a negative perspective, but instead in a positive perspective where everything benefits you in one way or another.

You must become an Inverse Paranoid as Jack Canfield calls it in his book The Success Principles. Instead of thinking that everyone and everything is out to get you, see every event and person as an opportunity to increase your success. The world is not out to get you, you create what you want out of this world. If you continue to think the world is out to get you, the world will give you what you want. If you think positively about the world, you will be guided to your success.

Action Steps to a Positive Attitude

1. Write down all the things your good at and tasks you excel at.

2. Write down things you can do or projects you can undertake in which develop these strengths.

3. Reflect honestly on weaknesses. Write them all down and commit to change. Write all the things you can do in order to strengthen these weaknesses.

4. Survey your environment. Does anyone you know bring you down? Either solve or distance yourself from these people or places.

5. Begin to act confidently. People will sense your self confidence and the will respond positively to you, this will strengthen your image and self image all at once.

Thank you for the Wisdom....
It is beyond me as to the reasons these teachings are not shared in our educational system early on.
Our children would benefit tremendously if those ""Thoughts become "Values".....
