Take Action, Make Routines a Must!

"Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present."
Jim Rohn

Have you ever wanted to do something, but never had the drive to go through with it? Most people start a new routine and never commit. Routines such as dieting, exercising, and reading, last only a day or two, instead of when the goal is reached. The reason why people quit early, is because they do not make these routines a MUST.

In order to make an actual change you must have the drive and courage to make your goals a must. Each morning I notice the same people running past my house. Do these people run because they have more time to spare than others? I wouldn't bet on that! These people run not because they want to, but because they feel they need to.

No matter what you have going on in your life you can always make whatever you want fit. Most people never attempt to make things fit. They go to work early in the morning, come home exhausted, and then repeat the pattern.

You must change your patterns!

Everyone creates their own patterns, but most people never try and change them. If you want things bad enough you will make them a must. Instead of going to bed late you will go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. You will find the time needed, and you will accomplish what it is you desire. The people who make their routines a must, will do anything in order to achieve their goals.

Action Steps
1. Create a list of all the routines you wish you were doing.
2. Then write down why your not doing each routine.
3. Then write down all the reasons why you should be doing each routine
4. Then rewrite each routine as if you are currently doing them. Explain how its improving your life, and all the good things they are bringing you.
