Day Five:
The Law of Attraction

Understanding the law of attraction is one of the main keys you must develop to create the life of your dreams. Everything is available for you as long as you believe it is. Success is not a one sided answer, its a puzzle. It takes many different approaches and techniques in order to fit the puzzle together. Believe that you can, motivate yourself daily, and everything will fall in place. 

When you use the law of attraction you will attract whatever you focus on. If you are in a current state of depression and feeling lack, your going to continue to experience and receive those type of experiences. Emotions have a very powerful effect on your subconscious mind. You build neurological connections throughout your brain based off of your current state of emotions. These connections create how you act and think. Change your emotions and beliefs, change how you feel and act. 

In most peoples lives they reach a turning point. Often that turning point happens because of a certain emotion. The emotion of disgust is a negative emotion, but it can have a very positive effect. The moment you tell yourself you had it, you wont live like this anymore, could be very well the turning point of your life. I don't care what your current situation is. Mother on welfare, in debt, jobless, homeless, you can come back from anything if you have enough reasons. Everyone has to start from somewhere, make your start today. No matter what your current situation is.

Decide what you no longer want and then do something about it. Resolve is another powerful emotion. Resolve means to promise yourself you will never give up. Your life and dreams are all worth fighting for. I promise you they are attainable. Create enough reasons, and then promise yourself you will never give up, and you can accomplish anything.

Once you realize what your limiting factors are and what you want, its time to believe its possible. Believe in yourself, and doors will open up to you almost instantly. 

Action Steps

1. Decide what is limiting you in your life? Write down all of these limiting factors and why they are causing you stress and lack. 

2. Decide what you want out of life, and promise yourself you will never give up. Write down your goals, and all the reasons you will accomplish them. 

3. Write down all the reasons why you believe you will accomplish your current goals. What are your strengths? Write down that you will constantly strive towards improvement and understanding. 

4. Use the Law of Attraction, and focus on what you want out of life. When you change your current state of mind, you change your neurological connections. Change and create enough of these connections and you will build a highway to your success.
