Guide to The Law of Attraction

It has been said that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. If you are reading this article, then you are obviously ready to take the next step in your own personal self improvement. You are ready to create more of what you really want in your life. Using one of the most powerful laws of the universe, the Law of Attraction, you can make this happen! The Law of Attraction has the power to make all of your dreams come true.

We all create our own lives based on what we attract to ourselves. This principle is the base of The Law of Attraction. Master this concept and take total responsibility for your life! When you take responsibility you will watch your world flow with constant happiness and success. Starting today you will begin to reconnect with your inner self and wisdom. By using The Law of Attraction you will learn how to harness your intuition, boost your enthusiasm, and increase your vitality. 

The Law of Attraction is always in effect, and even right now at this very moment its working within your life. Simply put, the Law of Attraction states that you will attract whatever you focus your attention on. So if you are focused on the good and positive things in life then you will attract good and positive outcomes. The opposite is also true. If you focus on the bad and negative you will experience the bad and negative.  The easiest way to understand this is to see yourself as a magnet, you pull to yourself what you focus on, and repel what you don't.

In order to master the law of attraction you must manage your thoughts. You have the power to change your thoughts. When you feel a negative thought or emotion coming to the surface, simply stop it. Change your state, reevaluate your current circumstance, and find something to be grateful for! Remember the law of attraction attracts what you focus on. If you focus on things that you are grateful for, you will then create more things to be grateful for!

Begin to replace your negative emotions with positive ones. 
When you are on your way to the office, instead of thinking about "I don't want to be late today" or "Today is going to be a bad day, I can feel it", replace those emotions or thoughts with their positive opposites "I want to be on time" or "Today is going to be a great day, I can feel it" You must start switching your focus from a negative to a positive. Everything else will flow within due time. 

It is important to note, as you continue to replace those negative emotions with positive emotions, pay close attention to your attitude. While working on changing your emotions, you will notice your attitude almost change instantaneousness. We have control of our emotions, and our emotions control our attitude. If you have a positive mental attitude towards life, you will become virtually limitless when it comes to acquiring your goals.

Now that you know more about the law of attraction, and you have a understanding of how powerful it really is. It's time to start living it from day to day. Realize that everything that has happened to you in one way or another you attracted to yourself. This might be a lot for some people to take in, buts it's the truth. As soon as you realize this, you can begin to live a successful life on all levels.

A Meditation technique to harness the power of The Law of Attraction

Meditation has helped me in so many ways its literally quite impossible to explain all of them here. It helps you silence all the noise that's out there in todays world. Through meditation you can reach your subconscious and find your true self.

I have been experimenting with a new form of meditation I learned from Joe Vitale's book: The Attractor Factor. I hope you decide to give it a shot and set aside twenty minutes a day for yourself for 30 days and watch miracles happen! If you expect miracles, you will receive miracles!

Find a quite place
Sit up straight
First focus on your breathing, calm yourself, and get comfortable. 
Then continue to repeat this phrase and include your own goal.

"By the end of this thirty day experiment I will have earned an extra______ or more, from unexpected sources."

After a couple of days of doing this, start to pay close attention to your intuition. Look for the unexpected sources, that will lead you to the completion of your goal!

Law of Attraction is not something anyone can explain in one article or even in one movie like The Secret. But this article is great and very close to explain it completely. You answered some of my dilemmas. Thank you.
