Integrity:The most important trait of successful people!

A life lived with integrity - even if it lacks the trappings of fame and fortune is a shinning star in whose light others may follow in the years to come.

One of the most important traits of successful person is their integrity. In my opinion integrity is what a person would do without anyone watching. A person with integrity will always go the extra mile for others and do whats right. They do this because they themselves know its the right thing to do. Their actions are not based off of what society thinks or individuals around them, but from their own moral character.

A successful person with integrity outshines all others. They go the extra mile to help people, and their moral character never sways. They have strong beliefs and will do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal at hand.

The trait of integrity builds long lasting relationships because a person with integrity is always true to themselves and others. People of integrity also make great leaders because people can count on that person to always do whats right!

On your journey to success and while influencing others you must always keep your integrity in check. You must have strong moral commitments, and never let them waiver. Believe in yourself and believe in others. Integrity is the wind against your sail. The stronger your integrity the faster you will get to what you desire! You will not only accomplish much, but you will also have a long lasting effect on others.

If there was one trait I considered to be the most important of all of my personal success it would be integrity. The power of integrity can move you up any corporate ladder or make any business successful. The strongest of business foundations or those of moral character are those mixed with integrity.

A foundation made of integrity will never break or crumble and will survive the ages. Its genius will be passed on to future generations and the world will be a better place because of it.

Aspects of a person of Integrity
  • Strong moral character
  • Always goes the extra mile
  • Is a long lasting example to others
  • Does not gossip or say bad things of others
  • Is a student of the golden rule. They do onto others as they would want done unto themselves
  • A person of integrity looks for the good in everyone, and strives to bring it out.
  • They lead by example
  • Not influenced by negative behavior and lack of character of those around them
  • Their main goal is to create a better world
  • They create a long lasting legacy based on the self improvement of others

As far as self improvement is concerned there are many laws that govern a persons success. For example one of the most famous laws of self improvement today is the law of attraction.

Many people consider the law of attraction to be the most important law of personal achievement. I personally disagree and consider what I call the law of Integrity to be the most important! If you are a person of integrity you by default become a person that follows the law of attraction.

Become a person of integrity and watch your dreams and the dreams of the people you touch come true before your eyes!

My first take of the reading within the context of the sensationalistic news at hand: I (the writer of this opinion; have lived a life of integrity for the majority of my life, (90%<) (I am being very atypical here by stating it. Only for the sake of this comment), to the degree that I have not deviated from my beliefs adopted as a child into adulthood. Steady in most areas of right and wrong and dilemmas to my detriment on, perhaps too many occasions over the decades where my contemporaries did and do otherwise. If I may point my finger, people like Rupert Murdoch are termed successful in achieving his goals and empowering himself per his success. I agree that he is a success in integrity (consistent with his values) but I disagree in that he is "good" like the thief that prey's on the perception of others and jockeys for plausible dependability. Being "good" is doing the right thing when no one is watching and gaining no reputation or fame from it. This is a classic case of “if you’re not cheating you’re not trying.” Leaving plenty of space time for a Pontius Pilot probability outcome. Integrity has it's positive connotation but can be used to say "the most humble day of my career." A Distraction and plea for sympathy that should have been part of his Integrity decades before, and typical language of a truth sayer and doer. Focus on oneself after an exercise on observing others.
