You are never stuck

“It is your responsibility to see that your life works out the way you want it to. No one else can do it for you. The power to change your life is within you.”
Heidi Baer

Is there any area in your life you feel stuck, most likely the word stuck is a understatement. Every solution you can think of seems like a disaster and you feel like there never will be a way out. Well let me tell you from experience, there is always a way out. In order to get from stuck to free, you must stop asking yourself the wrong questions.

How have I gotten so off course? Why is this happening to me?  To be honest when you feel stuck, it’s a horrible feeling, you feel like you have no where to turn to and no possible solution. The reality is that the only thing trapping you is yourself. You create your circumstances, and you create the walls that hold you in. You are never stuck, its only in your imagination that you are. Stop asking bad questions. Start asking questions that empower you instead. Ask questions that make you seek positive answers. Instead of asking why this is happening, ask yourself how you can fix your current situation. Stop focusing on the negative, and open yourself up for the positive.

The way you currently view your problems determines whether or not your moving forward or running in place. Change your view, and then you will chance your circumstances. No matter what is happening in your life, you can always turn things around. No matter what kind of life your living now, you can have your future dreams. You do not have to climb out of the hole instantly. It may take longer than you wish but change will happen. In order for change to happen you must be open to the possibility of change.

Action steps

Step one: Write down all the areas of your life that you are tired off and you wish for change to occur. Be honest with yourself and write down what’s really bothering you.

Step two: After each problem you have written, write down your desired outcome for that problem.

“At any moment, I could start being a better person…
But which moment should I choose?"

Trust me after the last two years I've had I'm trying to stay positive but I'm not sure how.
Here is a brief rundown of the problems I've had over the last 2 years.
