Water is more important than any super fruit or antioxidant, it’s available to us in limitless quantities, and better yet it’s free. Your first action is to simply commit to drinking at least 64 ounces of water throughout the day. Trade in your sodas and sugar drinks, for a cup of water, and watch your mood and energy levels change rapidly. It is imperative that you get enough sleep from day to day. Getting enough sleep helps you recharge your body so you can think clearly and function at optimal levels on a day to day basis. I used to live a lifestyle in which I was working 60 hours a week, and sleeping tops 4/5 hours a night. I was burning the candle at both ends, and as do all things, it eventually caught up with me. Not only was I exhausted, but there came a point when my world seemed to crumble almost instantaneously. You need to give yourself time to recharge and detach from the conscious world if you aim to attain any long term success in life.
Throw away your old schedule of bad sleeping patterns and revitalize your body and mind with getting at least 7 hours of sleep a day. Why wouldn’t you? Whatever your answer is to that question it’s an excuse, and let me be the first to tell you if no one else hasn’t, there is no room for excuses in living an extraordinary and meaningful life. The longer you put off changing your life for the better the longer you will put up with the life your currently living. Changing my sleeping habits directly changed my life, and it can yours as well.

Start each day right, with a healthy and natural meal. By doing this you will supply yourself with the needed energy to jumpstart your day.
