Anthony Robbins, from Unlimited Power
Who you know, what you own, and where you go, are not true measures of personal success. Success is the ongoing process of striving to become more emotionally, socially, spiritually, physiologically, intellectually, and financially sound, while contributing in some positive way to others.
Knowledge is only potential power, you must take action to make your dreams come true:
Build A Strong Foundation:
The key in creating long lasting success, much like any building or skyscraper, must start with a strong foundation. Your foundation starts with your goals and desires. You must create a mental game plan of who you are and where you would like to go and why you would like to go there.
Answer these questions, write them down, keep them available, and change them along the way. Be specific and definite! Elaborate and fill it with as much emotion as you possibly can. Stay positive!
- Who am I?
- What are my dreams?
- When do I see myself successful?
- Where do I want to go?
- Why do I want to go there?
The knowledge needed to succeed is all around us and available to every United States citizens, and many countries around the world. It’s in every bookstore, video store, and every library. You can get it from speeches, seminars, and courses. The information needed to succeed is easily available to us. Why aren’t we all empowered, happy, wealthy, healthy, and successful? Action is what makes it all possible!

Very true. You can write as many to-do lists as humanly possible and research all you like, but the only thing that will make goals a reality is action. I speak from experience (too much planning; not enough action).
